In the following figure, Router A will not form an adjacency with Router B. What is the problem?

In order to form an adjacency, the area IDs must match. In this figure, Router A has an area of 0 and Router B has an area of 1 configured. The hello and dead timers on both routers match at 10 seconds for the hello and 40 seconds for the dead timer. The existence of a designated router (DR) will not restrict the two routers from forming an adjacency. The process IDs do not need to match for the two routers to form an adjacency.
