Command Zero is a cybersecurity certification training platform that provides:

• ▶Progress tracking and performance analytics
• ▶Domain-focused study materials

Our service is provided on a freemium basis. Free tier users have access to core features with advertisements. Premium subscribers receive additional features and an ad-free experience.

Account Creation

You may create an account using Google OAuth. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are at least 16 years of age.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any reason at our discretion.

You agree not to:

• ▶Use automated tools or bots to access the service
• ▶Attempt to circumvent subscription or access restrictions
• ▶Share account credentials with others

• ▶Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• ▶Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform

Our Content

All quiz questions, explanations, study materials, and platform content are owned by Command Zero or our licensors. This content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

Restrictions

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Pricing and Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at the current rate displayed on our pricing page. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in USD.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal.

Refunds

Contact us within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied, and we will provide a full refund. After this period, subscription fees are non-refundable. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Price changes will apply to your next billing period after the notice period.

Educational Purpose

Command Zero is an educational resource to help you prepare for certification exams. We do not guarantee that using our service will result in passing any certification exam.

No Affiliation

Command Zero is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CompTIA, (ISC)2, or any certification body. All certification names and trademarks are property of their respective owners.

As-Is Basis

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMMAND ZERO AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Command Zero, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
