A point-to-multipoint wireless bridge will allow you to connect all three buildings together, tying them back to a central location. A mesh network is usually designed for endpoints (clients) and not the interconnection of buildings. Point-to-point bridges would allow all the buildings to connect to each other, but it would not network them together to a central point. Autonomous wireless access points are used for endpoint connectivity and not building-to-building connectivity.
